Directive amending the Waste Framework Directive - EPR minimum requirements

An amending directive that set minimum requirements for extended producer responsibility schemes by changing the Waste Framework Directive. Member States had to transpose it by 5 July 2020, and its changes now sit inside the consolidated Waste Framework Directive. Nothing in it is addressed to a company, so a business should read the consolidated Waste Framework Directive instead.
