This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. What follows is the detail, including every party that handles data when you visit or write to us.
Who is responsible
The European Foundation for Sustainability and Innovation (EuFSI), a Dutch foundation (stichting), Joan Coststraat 25, 7514 AT Enschede, the Netherlands, is the controller for the personal data described here. For anything on this page, write to info@eufsi.com.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. There is no analytics, advertising or tracking script, and every file a page loads comes from eufsi.org itself.
Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (United States). To deliver and protect the pages, Netlify records ordinary request data: your IP address, the address you asked for, the time and your browser type. Netlify keeps these logs for a limited period under its own policy; we do not use them to identify visitors.
Transfers to Netlify in the United States rest on the safeguards in its data processing agreement.
If you use the contact form
The form asks for your name, work email and, depending on your request, your company, company size, the tools or services you are interested in, project details and a message. We use them only to answer your request.
Your message is sent through Sender (Sender.net, Lithuania) to our mailbox at info@eufsi.com, which is hosted on a server in the United States. You are not added to any mailing list.
Legal basis
For a demo, a quote or a service enquiry, we process your details to take steps you asked for before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). For other messages, our legitimate interest in answering them (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
How long we keep it
We keep your message while we handle your enquiry and any work that follows from it, then delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer, for example accounting records.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and a copy in a portable format, and you can object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Write to info@eufsi.com. We do not take automated decisions about you.
If our answer does not satisfy you, you can complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, the Dutch data protection authority.
