The Compliance Suite

Six tools, one way of working.

Your product and supplier data, collected once and reused by our team for every output. Each follows the standard that governs it, each figure names who declared it and who checked it, at a price a small company can afford.

LCA, EPD, GHG, CSRD and CBAM are prepared by our team on your data. The previews show sample figures.

What is the same across all six

Standardised, so that the second output costs you less effort than the first, and the sixth less again.

One intake

Your product and supplier data are collected once, in one structure, and reused by our team for every output you order.

One standard each

Every output follows the standard that governs it: ISO 14040 and 14044, ISO 14025, the GHG Protocol, ESRS or VSME, the CBAM rules, the ESPR.

One trail

Every figure names who declared it and who checked it, so a verifier, a customer or an authority can follow it to its source.

One price logic

Affordable for a small company. The price depends on what is in scope and the data you already hold. Ask us and we explain it before any work starts.

Who declared it, and who checked

A passport for each product, where every value names who declared it and whether an accredited third party verified it. First publication freezes a signed snapshot of the core record; later changes are recorded as corrections, never written over.

  • Suppliers add their part under their own name, and invite their own suppliers the same way, tier by tier
  • Upload certificates and test reports: extraction proposes the values, and nothing enters the passport unreviewed
  • A QR code on each product opens the public passport, in six languages, with no login

LCA · Life Cycle AssessmentPrepared by our team

Where in a product’s life the impact sits

We model one product, or a range, in any sector, from raw material to your factory gate or to end of life. The report shows which life stage carries most of the impact, and what a change you are weighing would do to it.

  • Results by life stage for climate change, water use, eutrophication and land use
  • An ISO 14044 report: goal and scope, data sources, assumptions and limitations
  • Reusable in an EPD, if its product category rules are set at the start, and in a passport’s environmental figures
Standard

Figures an independent verifier has checked

An EPD publishes LCA results in a fixed format, set by product category rules, that tenders and professional buyers ask for. We build it under the programme operator you choose, and a verifier that operator approves checks it before publication.

  • The programme operator and product category rules for your product, agreed before any data is collected. If none exist yet, we tell you before work starts
  • The LCA background report and the declaration, ready for the verifier
  • Verification and registration with the programme operator, arranged through us

GHG · Greenhouse Gas AccountingPrepared by our team

All three scopes, and the suppliers behind scope 3

An inventory of scope 1, 2 and 3. Scope 2 is reported both location-based and market-based. Scope 3 is screened across all 15 categories, and for most producers it holds the largest share, so that is where we spend the most time.

  • Each scope 3 category calculated, or excluded with the reason written down
  • A base year and a recalculation policy, so reductions stay comparable from year to year
  • Figures ready for a CSRD statement, a VSME report or a customer questionnaire

The VSME report, or your ESRS environmental topics

We prepare the VSME report, the voluntary standard for smaller companies now set in Delegated Regulation (EU) 2026/1560, which you can send to each customer that asks. For companies in scope, we prepare the ESRS environmental topics with your team.

  • A VSME report: the Basic Module, extended where a bank or customer asks for more
  • For companies in scope: the double materiality assessment and topics E1 to E5
  • A trail from each figure to its source, which an assurance provider can follow

CBAM · CBAM ReportingPrepared by our team

Embedded emissions for the goods you import

Above 50 t a year of iron and steel, aluminium, cement and fertiliser imports combined, an importer needs authorised declarant status. We calculate embedded emissions from producers’ data or default values, and prepare the first annual declaration, for 2026 imports, due by 30 September 2027.

  • Your imports checked against the threshold, CN code by CN code; electricity and hydrogen have no threshold
  • Embedded emissions from producers’ installation data, checked by an accredited verifier, or from the EU’s default values
  • The annual declaration, prepared with you, for you to submit in the CBAM Registry as authorised declarant

How a project runs

The same four steps for LCA, EPD, GHG, CSRD and CBAM, whichever you start with.

  1. Scope

We agree the product or company, the boundary, the standard and who will check the result. You receive a written scope, a data list and a quote.

  2. Collect

From you and your suppliers: bills of materials or recipes, energy bills, supplier lists, customs records. Where data is missing, we use a named secondary source, or for CBAM the EU default value, and mark it.

  3. Calculate

To the published method, with every assumption and source written down. You review the draft before anything is final.

  4. Deliver

The report and the data behind it. We answer the verifier’s or auditor’s questions on it.

Questions and answers

Not answered here? Ask the team. Our answers follow the official texts; they are not legal advice. Not sure which rules apply to you? See an example result.

Are LCA, EPD, GHG, CSRD and CBAM software, or a service?

A service. Our team does the work on your data, to the published method, and hands you the report and the data behind it. The Digital Product Passport is the one that runs on our own platform. Start with whichever a customer or a deadline asks for.

Who checks the result?

An independent party, never EuFSI: we do not certify. A verifier the programme operator approves checks an EPD. A GHG inventory can be verified to ISO 14064-3. A CSRD statement receives limited assurance from an auditor or assurance provider. An accredited verifier checks CBAM emissions from producers’ data.

We are an SME and our customer is in scope for CSRD. Must we answer their questionnaire?

The CSRD puts no duty on you. From financial years starting on or after 1 January 2027, a customer in scope may ask a supplier with up to 1,000 employees for no more than the VSME covers for its CSRD report, and a contract clause asking for more is not binding. Requests under other laws, such as CBAM, are not covered by that limit.

Do we need a Digital Product Passport today?

Not by law yet, for textiles. The delegated act is expected in 2027 and will apply at least 18 months later. If a retailer asks now, you can publish today; fields the act has not yet fixed are marked pending.

Our factories are outside the EU. Who is responsible for the passport?

Under the ESPR, the manufacturer: the company that has the product made and sells it under its own name or brand, wherever the sewing happens. If that company is outside the EU, its EU importer must also make sure the passport is available. Your factories add their data under their own names.

Can we use an LCA to say our product is better?

Only as a specific claim the study supports, such as the water saved per pair. ISO 14044 requires a critical review panel before a comparison with another product is published. Since 27 September 2026, a generic claim such as “eco-friendly” needs recognised excellent environmental performance; an LCA alone does not supply it.

Who can see a passport’s data?

A passport has five read levels: the public, professional operators, end-of-life operators, the supply chain and authorities, each seeing only what its role entitles it to.

What do you need from us?

For an LCA or EPD: a bill of materials or recipe, a year of energy and water use per site, your main suppliers and transport routes. For GHG: a year of fuel, electricity and purchasing data. For CBAM: import records by CN code and your producers’ contacts.

Affordable for a small company

A written quote before any work starts. The price depends on how many products, sites or CN codes are in scope, and how much data you already hold. Verifier and programme operator fees are shown separately. Ask us and we explain what it would be for you.
